How to Throw the Lead Hook

Some quick tips are…

While punching, weight travels from front to back
During punch, bring rear heel to the ground and rotate body (legs, hips, shoulder, torso, arm, fist) over the big toe of the front foot
While punching, bring the elbow up & @ the same plane as the fist (adds stability)
During punch, keep chin down w/ opposite hand up & punching shoulder will naturally protect
Land w/ middle & index finger knuckles
Finish in basic stance by looping back like stirring a pot
